Sebastian Cove Social Club Mission Statement: The Sebastian Cove Social Club was established in 1995 for the purpose of enhancing the quality of life for Sebastian Cove property owners through social interaction and fellowship. The Club accomplishes this through organized events on the lake, in our homes, at the club house, and other locations throughout the year. Events are open to Sebastian Cove HOA members and their guests. Please see the attached file for information concerning the Social Club and the activities planned for 2023.

The following information is for new members and a reminder for returning members:
– Always RSVP with a YES or NO by each event deadline date.
– Members can invite guests to attend events. Overnight guests will pay the same event cost as
members. Other guests will pay the member event cost plus $10, except for the Christmas Party. All
guests will pay $50 per person to attend the Christmas Party. This event is free to members.
– To help our neighbors decide if the Social Club is for them, anyone living in Sebastian Cove may attend
their first event for free (except the Christmas Party). Due to the growing membership and limited
space for events, all new members must be residents of Sebastian Cove. (Any previous member
whether a resident or non-resident is still eligible to join.)
