HOA CLUBHOUSE 

The clubhouse is available to all eligible members of the Sebastian Cove HOA, and homeowners are encouraged to use the clubhouse for purposes that encourage social engagement by and for homeowners in our neighborhood.

Reservations are on a first-come, first-serve basis, with priority given as outlined in the HOA Covenants.  To request a reservation, a Clubhouse Reservation and Indemnification Form must be completed and submitted prior to approval.  The HOA Covenants state that the priority order of use is 1) Association functions, 2) Association Membership Group functions and 3) Homeowner Individual Use.

Clubhouse Reservation and Indemnification Form – NEW!

To reserve the clubhouse please follow the below instructions:

1. Complete the Clubhouse Reservation and Indemnification Form and submit to Peter Novak (see Homeowner Directory for contact info). An Electronic form is available in the Forms tab as well.
2. Remember, clubhouse reservations are on a first come, first served basis, so the earlier the reservations are made, the more likely the reservation date will be available.  You can check availability on the HOA Calendar in the “For Members” tab.
3. Homeowners are expected to clean up and properly close the clubhouse after use.  For larger events, homeowners will need to pay a cleaning fee not to exceed $150 for professional cleaning following a private event over 50 people where food and drink will be served. Checks should be made payable to the Sebastian Cove Homeowners Association and submitted with the Clubhouse Waiver form to Peter Novak.
4. While there is no deposit required, the homeowner is subject to fines for damages that occur during use, or for not properly closing up the property.
5. The resident will receive a code to the clubhouse door within 24 hours prior to the reservation.
6. The clubhouse will be inspected following each private event to check for damage and to ensure that the clubhouse was closed properly. This includes removing trash offsite from the premises.

While there is no limit to how many times Homeowners may reserve the clubhouse, homeowners are asked to use the clubhouse a reasonable number of times per year so that it is available to as many people as possible.  However, in one calendar year, homeowners are limited to reserving the clubhouse 3 times during weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).  Additional dates may be requested to the BOD for approval.

Enjoy the clubhouse…it belongs to all homeowners in Sebastian Cove and is maintained for everyone’s use. Thank you for keeping it clean and in good repair.
